Chase will be in residence on the Fifth Floor at Harvey Nichols in Knightsbridge this summer with a terrace bar inspired by the Herefordshire countryside (where their distillery is based).
Cocktails, designed by Bar Manager Dominic Jacobs combine the range of wonderful Chase spirits with flavours from our fair isle, including the Gooseflower Fizz (Chase Vodka, Chase Elderflower Liqueur, Gooseberry Jam, Lemon, Honey and English Sparkling Wine). The food is similarly themed, especially the ‘Best of British’ platter, which includes pork pies and scotch quail eggs.
So, from 4th June head to Harvey Nichols to celebrate the best of British food and drink at the Chase and Country Tails Roof Terrace. There will be tastings and ‘Meet the Maker’ sessions running throughout the summer too.
